Senior Project Manager – Legal Sector (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the International Change & Transformation function of a leading legal sector client in London. The role will oversee complex, strategic projects from discovery through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget and benefits are managed effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a portfolio of strategic, non‑IT projects across the organisation.
• Manage project lifecycle including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting and benefits validation.
• Engage regularly with C‑suite and senior leadership to align project outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including potential international travel.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering complex projects, including operations improvements and legal/regulatory initiatives.
• Strong technical expertise in project management methodologies and full lifecycle understanding.
• Proven stakeholder management skills with regular interaction with senior executives.
• Previous experience working in‑house at a law firm or within a legal department.
