Senior Property Manager – Lead a Team of 4

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead our property management department within a fast‑growing, award‑winning estate agency. Based in London, you will oversee a team of four managers responsible for around 700 fully managed residential properties, ensuring high‑quality service for landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of four Property Managers.
• Conduct regular one‑to‑one meetings, performance reviews and create development plans.
• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement and collaboration.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and staff retention initiatives.
• Drive operational efficiency and service excellence across the department.
• Monitor team performance, identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
• Work closely with senior management to support business growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential property management.
• Previous leadership or team‑management experience.
• Passion for the property industry and delivering exceptional service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, proactive and solution‑focused approach.
• Good understanding of property management processes and legislation.
