Senior Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our regional construction team in central London. You will work on a large‑scale, prestigious project, providing commercial insight and ensuring financial performance aligns with business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide commercial input, including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the management team.
• Prepare monthly cost/value reports and analyse trends with contract team members.
• Produce commercial reports and review results against forecasts.
• Measure works on site and agree quantities with clients and subcontractors.
• Certify and process subcontractor payments, monitoring accounts against forecasts.

Required profile

• Full UK driver’s licence.
• Degree‑level education or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a similar quantity surveying role.
• Strong IT competence, especially in Microsoft Excel and the wider MS Office suite.
