Senior Recruiter – London (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our international recruitment team on a hybrid basis in London. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for white‑collar roles across the UK market, ensuring the right talent is matched with our client’s needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake calls with hiring managers to candidate selection and interview coordination.
• Screen applications, conduct telephone or video interviews, and document selection decisions.
• Administer offers, contracts and onboarding for contingent labour, ensuring compliance and timely completion of all documentation.
• Develop and implement strategies to build strong relationships with contingent workers, providing coaching, regular check‑ins and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the candidate experience and promote a positive work environment.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in in‑house recruiting or RPO, preferably for commercial positions.
• Proven ability to source candidates directly via professional networks and social media.
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• Professional level of English and willingness to work from the London office 2‑3 days per week.
