Senior Researcher – AI and Semiconductor Research

About the role

As a Senior Researcher you will lead high‑impact AI projects that advance both applied and theoretical knowledge, focusing on semiconductor design optimisation and fundamental AI research. You will set research directions, develop innovative algorithms and collaborate with internal and external partners to drive breakthroughs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead significant research projects in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• Develop and implement novel algorithms for company initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff and research interns.
• Define and refine research directions in collaboration with team leadership.
• Build and maintain collaborations with internal and external partners.
• Secure research funding through grant writing and partnership development.
• Publish research findings in top‑tier conferences and journals.
• Stay at the forefront of AI advancements.

Required profile

• PhD in Machine Learning, AI, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics or related field, or equivalent research experience.
• Extensive publication record in top conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL.
• Proven ability to lead research projects independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
