Senior ServiceNow Developer – Digital Hub

About the role

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to shape and deliver new features on the UK’s largest government ServiceNow installation. You will work within a collaborative product team, helping to build high‑quality solutions that support millions of citizens daily.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications across multiple modules.
• Tackle blockers early, ensure delivery standards and timelines are met.
• Review code, share best practices, and line‑manage junior developers.
• Partner with the Delivery Manager, internal teams, and end‑users to define technical direction.
• Maintain clear documentation and focus on performance, security, accessibility, and stability.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SPM, NLU, Security, HRSD, Service Portals, Workspaces, CMDB and Integrations.
• Proven track record delivering value in large‑scale ServiceNow environments.
• Ability to work fast‑paced both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex enterprise tooling issues.
• Excellent communication with technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (evidence required).
