Senior Site Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead a major residential development in Bristol. The project combines reinforced‑concrete apartment blocks with traditional housing, delivering high‑quality homes for a respected private developer.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations for both RC frame and traditional builds.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour forces and on‑site teams to meet programme milestones.
• Maintain health, safety, quality and site presentation standards.
• Oversee QA procedures, inspections and snagging processes.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, consultants and commercial teams.
• Support handover and completion phases, ensuring delivery within budget and specification.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large residential schemes.
• Strong background in reinforced‑concrete (RC) frame apartment projects.
• Leadership, organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage fast‑paced programmes and multiple subcontractors.
• Relevant certifications: SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid at Work.
