Senior Systems Developer

About the role

As a Senior Systems Developer you will be a hands‑on leader in designing and delivering solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics platform, ensuring the system drives meaningful outcomes across the organisation. You will act as a technical authority within the ICT team, owning complex development work and shaping technical direction.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions.
• Own complex customisation, extension, data modelling, integration and API work.
• Champion best practice, quality, security and maintainability standards.
• Collaborate with ICT, CRM and business stakeholders to translate needs into effective solutions.
• Introduce new technologies that add long‑term value.
• Provide trusted advice on platform capabilities and strategic enhancements.

Required profile

• Significant hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform.
• Relevant professional qualification in the Dynamics ecosystem.
• Proven ability to work in resource‑constrained environments and deliver high‑quality code.
• Strong understanding of the long‑term impact of technical decisions.
