Senior Talent Partner – Tech Recruitment Lead

About the role

This senior talent partner role sits at the heart of a fast‑scaling tech startup in the United Kingdom. You will own end‑to‑end recruitment for both technical and commercial functions, shaping the company’s growth trajectory while operating in a remote‑first, high‑performance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for engineering, product, design, sales, GTM and customer‑success roles.
• Build and nurture long‑term talent pipelines, treating candidate relationships as strategic engagements.
• Partner directly with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and refine hiring briefs.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies across European tech and SaaS markets, targeting high‑quality passive candidates.
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics such as conversion rates, time‑to‑hire and funnel health.
• Design, automate and optimise hiring workflows to improve scalability and efficiency.
• Ensure a structured, fast and candidate‑respectful interview process while maintaining high hiring standards.
• Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• 6+ years of recruitment experience, with strong exposure to European tech hiring.
• Proven success hiring for early‑stage startups (Seed or Series A).
• Technical fluency sufficient to engage confidently with engineers and understand software development stacks.
• Experience recruiting across both technical and commercial functions.
• Background in SaaS or AI‑driven startups and familiarity with competitive talent markets.
