Talent Manager

About the role

Bending Spoons is looking for a driven Talent Manager to own the full hiring cycle and elevate the quality of hires across the company. You will combine AI‑powered tools with human judgment to source, assess and secure top talent for our fast‑moving, high‑impact teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end hiring, from sourcing to final decision, leveraging AI tools while applying human judgment where it matters most.
• Proactively identify and engage exceptional candidates across multiple channels using data‑driven outreach.
• Design and run structured assessments—including tests, interviews and other evaluation methods—to generate clear hiring signals.
• Maintain a high talent bar by rigorously assessing candidates to meet company standards.
• Continuously improve recruiting workflows for speed, scalability and consistency.

Required profile

• Strong reasoning ability; can solve complex problems from first principles and avoid bias.
• High drive and ambition with a sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Team‑oriented mindset; generous, reliable, honest and transparent.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
