Senior Tax Adviser – Advisory & Mentoring Role

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Adviser to lead complex personal tax planning projects and mentor junior staff within our growing firm. The role combines hands‑on advisory work with team development in a supportive, modern environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of advisory‑led tax projects, including Inheritance Tax planning, trust structures, family investment companies and bespoke tax‑efficient restructuring.
• Review and oversee work produced by Tax Advisers and junior staff.
• Provide strategic, technically robust advice to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support and mentor the development of team members.

Required profile

• CTA qualified (or equivalent) tax professional.
• Strong technical expertise across direct taxes (IHT, CGT, CT, Income Tax, etc.).
• Experience in advisory/project‑based tax work.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
