Senior Tax Manager – Corporate Tax Compliance & Reporting

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to lead corporate tax compliance and reporting for our UK, EMEA and APAC operations. Based in London with a hybrid working model, you will work within a fast‑paced international group, ensuring accurate tax filings and supporting strategic tax decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage outsourced corporate tax return submissions for the UK, EMEA and APAC and review the filings.
• Monitor effective tax rates and provide quarterly tax provision reporting to the US Tax team.
• Oversee statutory accounts tax disclosures and coordinate with external providers.
• Handle UK Capital Allowance and R&D Tax Credit claim processes.
• Review monthly reconciliations of current and deferred tax balances.
• Assess tax impacts of reorganisations, acquisitions and disposals.
• Liaise with HMRC, external auditors, advisors, CFOs and senior management globally.
• Manage UK GPA, group deductions, and related filings, including Senior Accounting Officer certification.
• Supervise corporate tax payments, Pillar 2 reporting and withholding tax reclaims.
• Lead a shared services team based in India and support ad‑hoc tax projects.

Required profile

• Qualified ACA, ACCA, CTA or ATT.
• Extensive experience in corporate tax reporting and compliance within a complex, multinational environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Highly organised with excellent analytical abilities.
• Financial services experience is a plus.
