Senior Technical Project Manager – AI & Robotics

About the role

Oxford Dynamics is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑driven software programmes. You will work at the intersection of cutting‑edge AI research and real‑world deployment, shaping multi‑agent systems for high‑trust, mission‑critical environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own multi‑project roadmaps, managing scope, budgets, risks, RAID, milestones and change control.
• Run Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban), track burn‑up/burn‑down metrics and enforce clear acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams from initial planning through production launch, ensuring delivery against SLAs.
• Bridge research and deployment, guaranteeing AI/LLM features ship safely, on time and meet regulatory compliance.
• Maintain stakeholder communication, reporting progress and escalating issues as needed.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience managing complex technical programmes in regulated or high‑security domains.
• Strong collaborative attitude with the ability to make judgment calls and influence business outcomes.
• Comfort with fast‑moving, high‑stakes environments and a passion for ownership and purpose.

Required skills

• Agile project management (Scrum/Kanban).
• Deep understanding of AI, Large Language Models (LLM) and generative AI technologies.
• Experience with risk, budget and scope management in multi‑team settings.
