SEO & Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for an SEO & Digital Marketing Executive to join Silo Digital Ltd, a boutique SEO and AI search consultancy based in Worcester. Working directly with the founder, you will support a portfolio of ecommerce and B2B clients, helping them turn search visibility into revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical SEO audits, crawl analysis, on‑page optimisation and schema implementation.
• Manage content operations – edit, upload and optimise articles across client sites.
• Optimise ecommerce product pages, category taxonomy and platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce.
• Produce monthly client reports, track keywords and deliver performance insights.
• Develop off‑page strategies including link building, digital PR coordination and competitor analysis.
• Implement AI‑driven search optimisation to increase visibility in AI‑powered search experiences.
• Undertake research and ad‑hoc projects as required by the business.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
• Hands‑on, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn quickly.
• Comfortable working with AI tools, spreadsheets and content management systems.
• Detail‑oriented and able to produce high‑quality output.
• Ambitious yet patient, focused on consistent performance.

Required skills

• Technical SEO (site audits, crawl analysis, on‑page optimisation, schema).
• Content management systems (CMS) and article optimisation.
• Ecommerce platforms – Shopify, WooCommerce.
• Reporting and keyword tracking.
• Link building, digital PR and competitor analysis.
• AI platforms such as Claude and ChatGPT.
• Advanced spreadsheet use.
