Service Advisor – No Weekend Working

About the role

Vertu Vauxhall Carlisle is seeking a Service Advisor to join its busy dealership team. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service while acting as the liaison between customers and the workshop. You will enjoy a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule with no weekend working.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their service or repair needs and set clear expectations.
• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the service process.
• Upsell additional products and services where appropriate.
• Coordinate with workshop staff to ensure timely and quality completion of work.
• Follow up after service to confirm customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing service role (essential).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet targets.
• Motivation to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
