ServiceNow Developer – 6‑month contract, £500/day, remote

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a global technology organisation’s Partner Platform team. The role starts as a six‑month contract (with the possibility to extend to twelve months) and operates inside IR35. You will work mostly remotely, attending the London office twice a month.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions across the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide technical guidance on platform capabilities and best practices.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Plan, estimate, scope, and deliver platform enhancements.
• Design, build, and deploy ServiceNow customisations and integrations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable working under project deadlines in Agile environments.

Required skills

• ServiceNow development and Service Portal expertise.
• Web technologies: HTML, AngularJS, Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, HTTP.
• Integration protocols: REST, SOAP.
• Experience with Agile or SAFe frameworks.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
