Shop Assistant – Customer Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Shop Assistant to act as a personal customer advisor in our food store. You will guide shoppers to the best products, keep the shelves well‑stocked, and oversee the cafeteria area.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suitable food products.
• Maintain product presentation and ensure shelves are always stocked.
• Manage the cafeteria service during operating hours.
• Provide friendly, multilingual service in both Italian and English.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a sales assistant in a food store.
• Legal right to work in the country.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
