Software Developer – Front‑end Focus (Birmingham/Exeter)

About the role

Good Growth is looking for a Software Developer to join its Build team. You will create and maintain client‑facing digital Experiences on the proprietary Good Growth Technology (GGT) platform, working in a hybrid setting across Birmingham or Exeter.

Key responsibilities

• Develop front‑end Experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks such as Preact.
• Integrate with GGT APIs and proprietary tools to deliver new features.
• Write end‑to‑end tests with Playwright and contribute to synthetic monitoring.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from scoping to QA and feedback.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑impact, performant solutions.

• Comfortable working in a flexible, hybrid environment with occasional office time.
• Strong logical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
