Software Engineer – AI‑Native Platform

About the role

As a Software Engineer you will work on making AI agents reliable and useful inside real production codebases, collaborating closely with product, design and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prototype and integrate new language bindings for AI agents.
• Partner with designers to refine CLI interactions and developer tooling.
• Present technical visions and roadmap proposals to the broader engineering group.
• Ensure high‑quality, modular code with strict CI/CD standards.
• Scale agent enablement across multiple teams and repositories.

Required profile

• Comfortable working across several programming paradigms and languages.
• Able to quickly build proof‑of‑concepts and also contribute to a mature, well‑structured codebase.
• Uses AI tools as a genuine productivity accelerator.
• Values clean architecture, code aesthetics and clear trade‑off communication.
• Deep problem‑solving mindset rather than premature optimisation.
