About the role
BOLIA is launching its first UK store in the heart of London and needs a visionary Store Manager to lead the opening and ongoing success of this flagship location. You will be the brand ambassador on the shop floor, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while building a high‑performing team from scratch.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver extraordinary customer service to every visitor.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Plan staff schedules using SMART planning methods.
- Maintain an inspiring store environment by applying visual merchandising guidelines.
- Oversee daily operations, budgeting, reporting and KPI monitoring.
- Recruit, onboard, train, coach and retain store talent.
- Handle all store‑related HR duties and foster an inclusive workplace.
- Develop and execute quarterly action plans and keep the team updated via communication platforms.
Required profile
- Extensive leadership experience, preferably in retail.
- Hands‑on mentality with the ability to lead from the front.
- Proven track record of building and developing teams to achieve strong results.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills.
- Initiative‑driven, structured, fully accountable and comfortable delegating.
- Solid understanding of employment law is a plus.
Required skills
- Strong IT/Office software skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Proficiency with digital retail management systems.
