Stress Engineer – Onsite Repair Support

About the role

We are looking for a Stress Engineer to provide onsite repair support for primary structural repairs on the D328‑100 and D328‑300 programs. The role works closely with the DAG stress lead, assisting in daily analysis tasks and ensuring compliance with aerospace standards.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate references from the Structural Repair Manual (SRM) into analysis work.
• Support standard aerospace manufacturing processes.
• Review FEM descriptions and validation reports.
• Compile DAG structural analysis summary reports.
• Check production non‑conformities and manage concessions.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in Germany immediately.
• Experience in stress and fatigue analysis of primary structures.
• Proficiency with both hand‑calculation methods and finite‑element tools.
• Background in structural repairs and airframe certification.
