Supply Chain Assistant

About the role

As a Supply Chain Assistant based in Windsor, you will support the end‑to‑end supply chain process for a growing food manufacturer. You will work closely with customers, factories and logistics providers to keep operations running smoothly and develop your skills in demand planning and broader supply chain management.

Key responsibilities

• Support the day‑to‑day running of the supply chain function.
• Work closely with customers, factories and logistics providers.
• Manage customer orders and resolve stock‑related queries.
• Ensure products are delivered on time and in full.
• Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor supply chain activity and resolve operational issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and supply chain partners.

Required profile

• Graduate or early‑career professional seeking a supply chain career.
• Strong communication skills and confidence when dealing with customers and stakeholders.
• Enthusiastic, proactive and eager to learn.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Commercial awareness with an interest in manufacturing, logistics or supply chain.

What we offer

• Salary ranging from £30,000 to £37,000 per year, dependent on experience.
• Permanent contract based in Windsor.
