Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Bill's is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join its Support Office in London. You will own the end‑to‑end supply chain, ensuring restaurants receive the right products at the right time while balancing quality, cost, service and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and optimise Bill's supply chain performance in partnership with the Head of Purchasing and Supply Chain.
• Deliver on quality, service, cost and sustainability targets.
• Identify and implement efficiency, resilience and consistency improvements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and distribution partners, monitoring KPI compliance.
• Manage supplier delivery schedules and communicate operational changes.
• Source and onboard new suppliers to support innovation and continuity.
• Oversee forecasting, demand planning and supply requirements across food and beverage categories.
• Ensure consistent product availability and resolve supply issues promptly.
• Drive cost efficiencies while protecting quality and guest experience.
• Collaborate with Finance on budgeting, forecasting and cost reporting.
• Work with Food & Beverage Development on menu launches and product changes.
• Champion responsible sourcing, waste reduction and ethical procurement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement or logistics within hospitality, food service, retail or FMCG.
• Strong forecasting, inventory management and demand planning expertise.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
