About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistants to provide flexible, short‑term support across primary, secondary and SEN settings in South East London. You will work directly in classrooms, helping teachers deliver lessons and ensuring a positive learning environment for pupils.
Key responsibilities
- Support pupils individually or in small groups.
- Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
- Provide calm, structure and positivity in busy classrooms.
- Support pupils with additional needs where required.
- Help keep daily learning activities running smoothly.
Required profile
- Experience working with children or young people (school experience ideal but not essential).
- Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support is welcome.
- Friendly, adaptable and confident personality.
- Comfortable working in varied school environments.
- Genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed.
