System and Network Manager

About the role

DFYNE is looking for a proactive System and Network Manager to own and optimise its core IT infrastructure. You will be the go‑to person for keeping networks, servers and services reliable, secure and efficient, while providing first‑line support to the team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor and optimise networks, servers, systems and core infrastructure.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access across environments.
• Implement robust backup, recovery and security practices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues for the wider team.
• Roll out upgrades, patches and enhancements to improve performance and reliability.
• Act as the initial point of contact, delivering first‑line technical support to end users.
