Talent Development Internship – Professional Placement Year

About the role

You will join the Global Talent & Culture team at BNP Paribas Asset Management to support strategic talent development projects and help foster a culture of continuous learning across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with Learning & Development programmes, event logistics, registrations and capacity management.
• Enter and maintain data in the YES Learning LMS (Cornerstone) and support data‑quality analysis.
• Act as the first point of contact for the Global Talent Development inbox, responding to employee queries promptly.
• Process invoices in line with finance approval procedures.
• Contribute to various talent development projects and programmes in collaboration with senior team members.

Required profile

• Undergraduate student in the third year of a 4‑year degree that includes a professional placement year.
• Available for a 12‑month internship starting June/July 2026.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
