Talent Partner

About the role

Rerun is looking for a delivery‑focused Talent Partner to own end‑to‑end recruiting for technical and commercial roles. You will source, engage, and guide candidates through the interview process while maintaining a high bar for technical comprehension and candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own searches from sourcing and screening to closing.
• Build high‑quality pipelines through outbound search, referrals and community outreach.
• Recruit across developer relations, forward‑deployed engineering, marketing, content, sales and deeper engineering roles as needed.
• Assess candidates’ technical understanding and role‑specific skills, keeping hiring standards high.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Maintain organized, efficient processes with a high degree of autonomy.
• Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Lead on role definition, market insight and calibration.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of recruiting experience in early‑stage, scaling startups (Seed to Series A‑C).
• Proven full‑cycle delivery track record, owning searches independently.
• Experience recruiting for technical products such as developer tools, infrastructure, AI/ML, or robotics.
• Comfortable recruiting commercial and developer‑facing roles, especially DevRel, FDE, and technical marketing.
• Strong sourcing abilities and a genuine passion for finding great talent.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• High agency, ownership, and ability to keep momentum in changing environments.
• Willingness to work US time zones, including occasional late‑evening calls from the UK/Ireland.
