Tax & Regulatory Reporting Manager – FMCG

About the role

We are seeking a Tax & Regulatory Reporting Manager to lead tax compliance and regulatory reporting for a leading FMCG organisation in West London. The role will ensure accurate tax filings and timely regulatory submissions while supporting the finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate, VAT and other tax compliance obligations.
• Prepare, review and submit regulatory reports to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal departments to collect and validate data for reporting.
• Ensure adherence to local and international tax regulations and standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements in tax and reporting operations.
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors and tax authorities.
• Provide technical tax advice to senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor legislative changes and assess their impact on the business.

Required profile

• Professional accounting or taxation qualification (ACA, ACCA, CTA).
• Strong technical knowledge of tax compliance and reporting within the FMCG sector.
• Proven experience managing regulatory reporting and interacting with tax authorities.
• Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
