Teacher – SEND Specialist (ASD/SEMH)

About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Teacher to join our rural campus in Alvescot, supporting young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Asperger’s and Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. You will help learners develop skills, confidence and self‑esteem while celebrating the small victories that make a big difference.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver tailored lessons for students with SEND requirements.
- Collaborate with in‑house psychologists, teaching assistants and therapy professionals.
- Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to individual needs.
- Provide a safe, supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
Required profile
- Resilient and dedicated with a passion for supporting vulnerable young people.
- Willingness to work in a tranquil, rural setting.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
Required skills
- Experience working with children and young people with ASD, ADHD or SEMH.
- Ability to design and implement individualized learning plans.
