Team Leader – Luxury Beauty at Selfridges

About the role

La Prairie is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to represent its luxury skincare brand within Selfridges, London. You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional client experiences while motivating and guiding a team of Beauty Advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example to achieve personal sales targets and uphold service excellence.
• Support the Business Manager with planning, communication, and team follow‑up.
• Combine beauty expertise with sales techniques in the beauty room to meet KPIs.
• Drive and execute internal and external events, ensuring strong ROI.
• Maintain accurate EPOS records and ensure compliance with customer data standards.
• Act as Aurora CRM lead: cascade campaigns, coach the team, monitor adoption, and use insights for clienteling and event planning.
• Oversee visual merchandising, keeping the counter and beauty room to luxury standards and fully stocked.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (desired but not essential).
• Proven experience delivering high‑quality skincare treatments.
• Client‑focused with a polished, approachable communication style.
• Ability to listen, negotiate and build strong relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Aurora CRM platform.
• Experience using EPOS systems for customer record management.
