Team Leader – Luxury Fragrance Boutique

About the role

We are looking for a Team Leader to join our new Creed Boutique in King Street, Manchester, opening in September 2026. This full‑time position (37.5 hours per week) will lead a team of sales associates in delivering luxury fragrance experiences and achieving store KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Drive team performance to meet productivity targets and individual sales goals.
• Lead by example with strong selling techniques and share best practices.
• Coach and develop team members, identifying training needs and improving product knowledge.
• Collaborate with the Boutique Manager and Assistant Boutique Manager on team management and administrative tasks.
• Support promotional activities, ensuring the team is motivated, knowledgeable and provides excellent service.
• Manage testers, samples and maintain store cleanliness and hygiene.
• Analyse sales data and trends, providing feedback on growth opportunities and competitor activity.
• Motivate seasonal staff, enforce compliance with policies and KPIs, and foster a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven track record of leading and motivating a team.
• High attention to detail and strong customer service orientation.
• Creative problem‑solving abilities and excellent written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
