About the role
The Team Manager will lead the Tiffany & Co. store at Heathrow, driving sales, client experience and operational excellence over a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will inspire a diverse team, uphold the brand’s legacy and ensure the store meets its performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Drive team accountability to deliver unparalleled service and achieve store KPIs (sales, client experience, operational excellence).
- Lead by example on the sales floor, coaching team members and supporting their professional growth.
- Maintain deep market understanding, monitor competitor practices and cultivate community networks to enhance the client experience.
- Support store opening and closing procedures, act as key holder and oversee workforce planning while ensuring compliance with Tiffany & LVMH procedures.
- Create an inclusive, joy‑focused team environment and inspire clients through authentic brand storytelling.
- Guide Client Advisors in developing and assessing client development strategies.
- Propose solutions to store leadership, support adoption of new tools and collaborate with headquarters on testing and rollout.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years sales management experience in an omnichannel luxury environment.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial results and leading client‑focused teams.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience in recruitment, development and talent retention.
- Passion for luxury retail; jewelry or watch expertise is a plus.
