About the role

Join Tortilla’s vibrant London Bridge restaurant as a Team Member, working on a permanent basis with both part‑time and full‑time options. You’ll be part of a friendly crew that delivers fresh Californian Mexican food in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items, ensuring high quality and freshness.
• Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and serving guests with a smile.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Support teammates during busy periods and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, friendly and outgoing personality.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the hospitality sector.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Previous experience in hospitality or a desire to start a first job is welcomed.
