Technical CRO Manager (Frontend Experimentation)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical CRO Manager to build and own an internal conversion‑rate‑optimisation capability. You will combine deep experimentation expertise, commercial thinking and hands‑on front‑end testing to drive measurable growth across multiple high‑traffic lead‑generation brands.

Key responsibilities

• Own the CRO and experimentation roadmap across several brands.
• Design, build and analyse A/B testing programmes.
• Create a high‑velocity testing pipeline and maintain testing frameworks.
• Develop and validate front‑end experiments using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Deploy tests with Convert.com or comparable platforms and manipulate the DOM as needed.
• Use behavioural analytics tools such as Mouseflow, Clarity and FullStory to uncover optimisation opportunities.
• Prioritise tests based on commercial impact, traffic volume and lead quality.
• Present recommendations and business cases to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Technical and Compliance teams to drive growth.

Required profile

• 5+ years dedicated CRO experience.
• Proven track record of running end‑to‑end experimentation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of A/B testing methodology and statistical analysis.
• Commercial mindset focused on revenue and profitability.
• Excellent understanding of UX and customer‑journey optimisation.
