Technical Designer – CAD

About the role
The Technical Designer will support the delivery of high‑quality services by producing accurate 2D CAD drawings, preparing technical submissions and acting as the technical point of contact for customers and internal teams. Working closely with sales, operations and external stakeholders, you will ensure designs are compliant, practical and clearly communicated.
Key responsibilities
- Produce accurate 2D CAD drawing packages for projects.
- Prepare and submit technical documentation and submissions.
- Provide product and installation guidance to customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with sales, operations and external stakeholders to support project delivery.
- Identify opportunities to grow the design service across projects and client accounts.
- Support estimating activities when required.
Required profile
- Strong technical knowledge of CAD design principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and customer‑service orientation.
Required skills
- 2D CAD drawing.
