Technical Support Engineer

About the role

The Technical Support Engineer will monitor HINEN's battery storage sites and provide both remote and on‑site assistance to customers. This role combines troubleshooting, customer interaction, data analysis, and training to ensure reliable operation of energy storage systems across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Actively monitor battery storage sites and deliver remote and on‑site support.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues using proprietary software and remote tools.
• Respond to support requests, document interactions, and update customers on repairs, warranty claims, and software releases.
• Record and compile data for analysis, assist in report preparation, and coordinate system updates with software teams.
• Provide training to customers and internal colleagues on energy storage systems.
• Collaborate with customers on road shows, product introductions, and exhibitions in the Europe region.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the employer.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of technical support experience.
• Customer‑service orientation with strong communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal troubleshooting abilities.
