Technology Manager

About the role

The Technology Manager will drive business‑critical transformation of technology delivery, supporting the achievement of strategic objectives. This hybrid role is based in London with only one day per week on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and scale offshore and nearshore delivery teams of 30+ colleagues across multiple suppliers.
• Oversee technology and data software delivery, including system design and data pipeline development.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives through innovation, agile transformation, and operational enhancements.
• Engage senior stakeholders and executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals.
• Drive commercial outcomes and deliver measurable financial value.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large offshore/nearshore delivery teams.
• Strong background in technology and data delivery, system design, and pipeline development.
• Track record of delivering continuous improvement and agile transformation.
• Experience interacting with senior executives and influencing strategic decisions.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to generate financial value.
