Telemarketing & Lead Generation Executive – £30k‑£36k

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Telemarketing Executive to generate high‑quality sales opportunities for our Business Development team. Working from our Birmingham office, you will use outbound calling to identify, qualify and book meetings with decision‑makers across target markets.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to create new business opportunities.
• Identify and engage senior decision‑makers in target industries.
• Qualify leads, gather relevant business information and record details in the CRM.
• Book appointments and sales meetings for the Business Development team.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound enquiries.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly activity targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, lead generation, appointment setting or business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner.
• Motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
