Trainee Air Tightness Tester

About the role
This is a home‑based, full‑time trainee position supporting an engineering consultancy’s building compliance team. You will work remotely from near Manchester while travelling to sites as required for air tightness testing.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site air leakage and pre‑completion testing.
- Analyse test results and produce technical reports.
- Liaise with clients to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Assist the design team by providing guidance on air tightness at the design stage.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic and dynamic with strong organisational abilities.
- Capable of managing workload to meet tight deadlines.
- Commercial experience in air leakage testing or construction site work.
- Valid driving licence for site visits.
