Trainee – European Living Investments (12‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Invesco is offering a 12‑month fixed‑term traineeship on its European Living Investments team. The role is based in London and gives school‑leavers the chance to work on purpose‑built student accommodation projects across Europe, supporting business development, asset management and investment analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Director in business development, researching new “living” asset classes and preparing presentation material for internal committees and clients.
• Support asset‑management processes for student‑housing assets, including data collection, reporting and performance monitoring.
• Conduct investment analysis: source comparable data, build and modify cash‑flow models, and run sensitivity analyses.
• Track market intelligence on European living sectors and maintain contacts in the investment market.
• Help with transaction execution, reviewing legal agreements and supporting local investment teams.

Required profile

• Analytical and numerate with strong attention to detail.
• Motivated, hardworking and eager to learn about real‑estate investment.
• Recent school leaver or graduate seeking an entry‑level finance/real‑estate role.

Required skills

• Financial modeling and cash‑flow analysis.
• Data presentation and basic quantitative analysis.
