About the role
We are looking for a motivated Trainee Loss Adjuster to join our Birmingham team. You will support the claims process from the first assessment through to settlement, gaining hands‑on experience in property insurance and customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site inspections of domestic properties to assess damage.
- Gather evidence, photograph damage and prepare detailed loss reports.
- Liaise with policyholders, contractors and other stakeholders to clarify claim details.
- Assist senior adjusters in negotiating fair settlements.
- Maintain accurate records in the claims management system.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel locally for on‑site inspections.
