Trainee Sales Advisor – New Home Sales

About the role

Join Bloor Homes as a Trainee Sales Advisor and become the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers in the Southern Region. You will guide customers through the exciting process of purchasing a new home while receiving full training and support to launch a rewarding sales career.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate contact with prospects, record visitor details and follow up consistently.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications, local market information and competitors.
• Explain Bloor Homes’ unique selling points and relevant consumer protection regulations.
• Ensure health and safety policies are adhered to on site, including PPE requirements for visitors.
• Update weekly visitor analysis forms and progress prospects through the sales pipeline.
