Training and Culture Change Manager

About the role

The Training and Culture Change Manager will embed a strong digital culture across the Greater London Authority (GLA). Working closely with policy teams, Learning & Development, and Internal Communications, you will promote digital best practice and help staff develop the skills needed to use new technology effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Partners, User Researchers and L&D to identify training needs and develop or source appropriate curricula, including agile delivery training.
• Design and maintain a digital training catalogue for all GLA officers, covering hardware, software and digital tools.
• Produce clear communications – blogs, presentations, emails – that showcase digital best practice and encourage adoption.
• Organise regular digital “show‑and‑tell” events to reinforce learning and cultural change.
• Monitor and share good practice from comparable organisations to continuously improve GLA’s digital culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in delivering training programmes and driving cultural change within a large organisation.
• Strong stakeholder‑engagement skills, able to work across policy, technology and communications teams.
• Understanding of digital, data and technology services to provide effective guidance.
