About the role
SquareTrade is looking for a Senior HR Coordinator to join its London office on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality HR services across Europe, supporting line managers and employees while ensuring compliance with legislation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day HR administrative operations, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, and off‑boarding.
- Provide first‑line advice on HR policies, procedures, and UK employment law.
- Maintain and audit HR systems, ensuring data integrity and GDPR compliance.
- Produce HR reports and analytics to support decision‑making.
- Act as a key user for HR systems, driving optimisation and improvements.
- Administer benefits for all European countries.
- Identify and implement improvements to HR processes, systems, and employee experience.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar HR Coordinator role.
- Degree qualified; CIPD qualification desirable.
- Good knowledge of UK employment law.

- HR systems (HRIS) proficiency.
