Training Lead

About the role

North Highland is seeking a Training Lead to design and deliver a comprehensive training programme for a major digital transformation portfolio serving water and utilities organisations across the South East of England. You will translate training needs into actionable plans, ensure stakeholder alignment and help turn strategic vision into measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training assessments to identify individual and group learning needs.
• Develop a clear training plan, schedule and reinforcement approach for leaders, managers and end‑users.
• Create and maintain training trackers and spreadsheets to monitor progress and completion.
• Establish regular stakeholder meetings and co‑facilitate sessions to review training requirements.
• Collaborate with Change and Communications leads to align training with broader adoption activities.
• Run post‑training surveys and use feedback to continuously improve delivery.

Required profile

• Strong experience leading training for system or process change programmes, including needs analysis, planning and stakeholder alignment.
• Proven ability to work in regulated, operational environments with diverse user groups.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills across senior leaders to frontline staff.
• Authorized to work in the United Kingdom without visa sponsorship.
