Early Years Educator

About the role

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our supportive team at Anerley Day Nursery. You will play a key role in nurturing children from 3 months to 5 years, encouraging curiosity and helping them thrive each day.

Key responsibilities

• Promote high standards of quality and safety within the nursery.
• Support and supervise playroom staff in their daily duties.
• Deploy staff appropriately to maintain required standards.
• Implement nursery key‑carer procedures and allocate children to key‑carers.
• Ensure practice meets the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements.

Required profile

• Passionate about early years education and child development.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive environment.
