Travel Sales Consultant – North Africa & Middle East

About the role

Join an award‑winning tour operator specialising in high‑end, bespoke trips to North Africa and the Middle East. As a Travel Sales Consultant you will use your deep destination knowledge to guide clients from their first enquiry through to the final travel documentation, delivering unforgettable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client enquiries via phone and email, assessing their travel needs.
• Design and book complete itineraries, including flights, private charters, hotels, tours, and safaris.
• Collaborate with the product team to enhance the North Africa & Middle East portfolio.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all travel documentation is completed.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience within the travel industry.
• Strong knowledge of Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Morocco, Oman and the UAE.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Attention to detail in itinerary planning and documentation.

What we offer

• Base salary of approximately £35,000 plus commission (OTE £50,000).
