About the role

Join the service team at Mercedes‑Benz of Cheltenham & Gloucester as a Vehicle Technician. You will work in a modern, safety‑focused workshop delivering high‑quality repairs and servicing for premium vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnostics, repairs and scheduled servicing to manufacturer standards.
• Use workshop equipment and diagnostic tools safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to set processes, timescales and health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating work progress and outcomes.
• Maintain a clean, organised and compliant work environment.

Required profile

• Qualified Vehicle Technician with a Level 2 industry‑recognised automotive qualification.
• Motivated, dedicated and highly organised with a strong customer‑service focus.
• Team‑player comfortable in a fast‑paced, process‑driven setting.
• Ability to work within given timescales and handle all aspects of vehicle repair and servicing.
