Vice President – Investment Portfolio Solutions

About the role

Join Gallagher Benefit Services as a Vice President in the Investment Portfolio Solutions team, helping large global investors shape their investment strategies. You will work directly with endowments, charities, wealth managers, local authorities, insurers and sovereign wealth funds, delivering advice across asset allocation, fund selection, sustainability and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and deepen relationships with a portfolio of institutional clients.
• Produce strategic asset allocation recommendations and fund selection analyses.
• Integrate sustainable investment considerations into client advice.
• Collaborate with modelling, manager research, sustainable investment and reporting specialists.
• Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and building industry connections.
• Participate in thought leadership activities such as writing blogs or industry pieces.

Required profile

• 5‑10+ years of experience in the UK institutional investment industry.
• Strong interest in finance, capital markets and asset allocation principles.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and support business growth.
• Willingness to share knowledge and mentor junior colleagues.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Competence in Microsoft Word.
