Vice President, Product Management – Stablecoins

About the role

Mastercard’s Blockchain and Digital Assets group is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead the design, development and launch of stablecoin solutions across its global payments network. The role will drive the integration of multiple stablecoins into Mastercard’s suite of products, working closely with issuers, engineering and regulatory teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and expand the Mastercard Stablecoin Issuer Program, including productizing and automating onboarding, contractual and enablement processes for issuers worldwide.
• Oversee workstreams such as contract standardisation, technical integration, pricing and economics for each stablecoin.
• Lead negotiations with stablecoin issuers and other tokenised‑money providers to ensure commercial viability and alignment with Mastercard’s remittance, payout and B2B payment services.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, legal, treasury and regional teams to deliver end‑to‑end product lifecycles.
• Support the broader crypto and blockchain product roadmap, including on‑ and off‑ramp solutions.

Required profile

• Proven senior leader with people‑management experience in the payments or financial services sector.
• Deep understanding of payments, digital assets and stablecoin ecosystems.
• Strong product development and business‑acumen background, preferably with treasury services or transaction‑banking experience.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, compliance, legal, regulatory and regional stakeholders.
